He serves on the board of the Ethics and Grievance Committee for the American Association of Physicians of Indian Origin (AAPI). The board is comprised of selected physicians and attorneys throughout the country who discuss and advise starting physicians, students doing their residency and established physicians who are interested in preventing or addressing an ethical or grievable issue arising from past, current and future employment or with the American Medical Association.

Mr. Nayee is active in the Young Executive Board of the Citrus Club, which was formed to insure the stability, growth, and evolution of current and potential members age 40 and under. Through ambassadorship, advocacy, and leadership, the Board creates an energetic and welcoming environment that fosters friendships and business connections.

He and his wife Bhavini are residents of Orlando, Florida.
